For those that think that because you are not in a customer facing position, you don't play a part in sales, unfortunately; you are wrong, all areas are part of sales. Everyone in the company can promote and entice others to join or make a purchase; it could be as simple as recommending a friend to apply for a job in the organization. You are selling the benefits of being an employee, and this is exactly the selling spirit needed from everyone; so yes, you are also part of sales!
