While kindness may not always be mentioned as a top quality for great leaders, it is essential to become an impactful and inspiring leader who can effectively motivate others to follow their vision. I feel fortunate to have worked under the leadership of a kind and caring boss. She was understanding and accommodating while having high expectations for timely and high-quality work. I always appreciated her kindness when I made mistakes or needed improvement.
